Reading Time: < 1 minuteAfter a period of temporary suspensions, US is about to reinstate air connection with China. On 25 June, Delta will re-launch its service between Seattle and Shanghai-Pudong via Seoul-Incheon, operating twice per week.
From July and beyond, it will operate once-weekly flights from Seattle and Detroit, also via Incheon. Since the introduction of travel limitations in February, Delta will become the first US carrier to re-connect the US and China.
“We are excited to resume our services between the U.S. and China, as economic and social activities start to recover,” said Wong Hong, Delta’s President – Greater China and Singapore.
For the Shanghai Pudong-Seattle flights Delta will utilise its Airbus A350 aircraft.
