Alpha Aviation Group (AAG) located in Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga, Philippines is a global pilot training Group established in 2006 with its headquarters in London, UK.
AAG’s mission is “to train and develop world-class pilots and future leaders for the aviation industry by providing top-of-class training solutions” and its vision is to see “an AAG-trained pilot in every flight deck in the region”.
The Group is an OEM independent company that leverages on its global network of expertise and resources to deliver innovative, high quality and cost-effective pilot training solutions for the domestic and Asia-Pacific markets.
We “train the airline way”. Since 2006, we have trained over 1,700 pilots with around 1,000 graduates now flying with airlines such as Cebu Pacific, Philippine Airlines, Air Asia, Jet Airways (India), and 350+ MPL graduates who went on to fly with Air Arabia. The Group currently has 500+ students in training through its Ab-Initio and Type Rating Training programs. Since 2014, our CAAV-approved Ab-Initio and Airbus A320 Type Rating Training programs have produced 200+ first officer-qualified pilots for VietJet Air.
AAG is approved by the CAA Philippines and CAA Vietnam. Our core quality, safety and compliance system adheres with the highest standards in the world. As the only ISO 9001:2015 certified Approved Training Organization (ATO) in the Philippines, its record-keeping and documentation process is compliant to Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR) and at par with international standards. The most recent acquisition of two (2) additional ISO certifications (Environmental Management System 14001:2015 and Occupational Health and Safety 45001:2018) completes our Integrated Management System (IMS). In keeping with industry best practices, IS-BAO certification and a bid for AsBAA membership are now in the works. The Group’s fleet of FFS are all EASA-qualified Level D; along with other various accreditations from DGCA India, CAA Qatar, eATO, and Transport Malta.
