Vistara Airbus A320 Engine Shut Down in Flight

A Vistara Airbus A320-200, performing flight from Chennai to Kolkata (India) with about 130 people on board, engine shut down in flight.

Aircraft was descending towards Kolkata when the right hand engine (V2527) failed prompting the crew to secure the engine. The aircraft continued for a safe landing.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Kolkata about 20 hours after landing.
