Delta, a major American airline, announced its first and long-awaited Airbus A330-900neo has finally took off for its initial test flight over France. The aircraft is expected to join Delta’s fleet later this spring.

The beginning of test flights means that soon the aircraft will be delivered to the airline and will take off for its first scheduled commercial flight already on 1 July, according to the airline.
