Reading Time: < 1 minuteA joint venture created between the Hungarian low-cost carrier and Abu Dhabi state holding company ADQ, Wizz Air Abu Dhabi, is set to commence operations on 1 October, 2020.
The airline will begin with services on six new routes connecting Abu Dhabi with Europe and Egypt. The destinations from the capital of the UAE are to: Alexandria, Athens, Kutaisi, Larnaca, Odesa and Yerevan.

As for now, the airline will begin flying with two Airbus A321neo aircraft. In course of six months, the fleet is expected to be expanded to six planes.
