The five-year agreement will involve up to 150 cadets. The courses will be delivered under EASA regulations for the commercial license.
As long as the aviation sector is expected to face a tremendous growth, Wizz Air, the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, expands the spectrum of its cadet programs and chooses BAA Training as a reliable partner that will ensure the needed amount of high-quality pilots in the future.
“We are looking for passionate and devoted young people who have little or no previous flying experience and are dreaming of a “workplace in the sky”. Our main value is people; therefore, we are delighted to offer the opportunity to the new generation to join our already high standard professional team operating the youngest fleet in Europe with aircraft of the Airbus A320 and A321 family” said Captain Attila Tovari, Head of Training Wizz Air ATO and Pilot Recruitment Team Leader.
The student of this cadet program will be granted with the conditional employment contract – the letter of engagement.
„Undoubtedly, a guarantee of job opportunities offered is deeply significant to every future pilot as it ensures the possibility of employment in case the program is completed successfully,“ comments Indre Sveistryte, Ab Initio Director at BAA Training.
