The Latvian airline airBaltic plans to recruit 120 additional pilots, including the graduates of the airBaltic Pilot Academy.

Martins Gauss, CEO of the airline, said that the carrier is also renewing its employment with former employees. He explains that more pilots are needed to prepare for the expected volume of flights in the summer of 2023.

Applicants must be citizens of the European Union, have a valid EU FCL CPL or ATPL, and have completed at least 300 hours of commercial air transport in aircraft equipped with EFIS, FMA and FMS – MTOW of at least 5.7 tonnes.
