- Aircraft landed on Louisville’s runway but suffered the collapse of the nose gear and was unable to vacate the runway.
- Tower instructed the next approach to go around, then asked whether they were able to vacate the runway, the crew replied in the negative, tower asked “was this a gear up landing” to which the crew replied “affirm”.
- Tower subsequently queried “do you need emergency services over there?”, the crew replied the nose gear was broken. Runway 17L was closed.
- The FAA reported the nose gear collapsed on landing, the damage was unknown.
