BAA Training Offers New Type Rating Training Locations

Global aviation training solutions provider BAA Training announced new capabilities for Boeing 737 NG, Airbus A320 and Dash 8Q400 pilot type rating training.

BAA Training has signed an agreement with Quadrant Systems, based in Burgess Hill UK for lease of Boeing 737NG and Airbus A320 simulators and classroom facilities. In addition to that, BAA Training started collaboration with Ethiopian Airlines for Dash 8Q400 full flight simulator in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The academy already offers Boeing 737 NG and Airbus A320 simulator services in 10 different countries and Dash 8Q400 simulator services in the United Kingdom.

The agreements will give greater flexibility and availability for BAA Type Rating training. Though Dash 8Q400 full flight simulator is not EASA approved, but it is new and built by CAE to Level D specifications. Due to practically fully booked simulators in Europe, BAA Training is reaching out to other partners to provide training to its corporate clients in Africa and Asia.
