Reading Time: 2 minutesThis course is an exciting introduction to the subject of Aviation, exploring core concepts of flight and some of the engineering that makes it possible. The course covers a cross section of topics ranging from the practical application of how aircraft are engineered, flown, controlled and separated, and looks at how humans interact with these systems and the environment. Instructors are experienced aircraft engineers, air traffic controllers, commercial pilots and instructors. The course runs for 10 weeks, one evening per week, beginning on Tuesday 23rd February at 6.00 pm – 10.00 pm
Certificate in Aviation is validated by the Department of Mechanical and Automotive Engineering at Limerick Institute of Technology as part of their Flexible Learning Programme FETAC Level 6 Special Purpose Award.
