A Lufthansa Airbus A320-200, performing flight from Muenster to Munich (Germany), reported strong acid odour in cockpit.

• Aircraft was on final approach to Munich’s runway 08L when the crew declared Mayday reporting they had a strong acid odour in the cockpit, they were able to continue landing.
• The aircraft touched down on runway 08L about 3 minutes later. Emergency services reported they could not observe anything out of the ordinary. The aircraft taxied to the apron.
• The aircraft remained on the ground for about 10:45 hours, then returned to service.
