Aeroflot will cancel international flights from March 8 with one exception for Belarus. All airlines in the Aeroflot group, including Rossiya and Aurora, will be affected. The airline’s flights have also been removed from Sabre, a global distribution system monitoring ticket purchases and other transactions.

An Aeroflot statement on the “temporary suspension of all international flights from March 8” cited new “circumstances that impede the operation of flights,” noting that all domestic routes would continue unchanged as well as flights to neighboring Belarus.

In February, Aeroflot, Rossiya, and Aurora operated 2409 flights to 100 international destinations in 53 countries.
