The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration has certified a FlightSafety International Sikorsky simulator in Singapore as Level D.

The simulator provides training in the S-76C+ and S-76C++ helicopters. The facility has also been approved to provide FAA PART 142 training under FlightSafety’s single certificate.

The new simulator is equipped with FlightSafety’s Vital 1100 visual system, collimated glass mirror display and electric motion control loading and cueing.

“Providing operators of Sikorsky helicopters in Asia with conveniently located training facilities reinforces our focus on customer service and willingness to invest in meeting their specific needs,” says FlightSafety senior vice president of sales Steve Gross.
