Reading Time: < 1 minuteUkraine International Airlines is the next carrier in Europe to fully halt its scheduled operations to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Following the governmental restrictions, the suspension will last until 3 April, 2020. The time frame might change depending on the situation.
As for now, the carrier has cancelled over 2,000 flights for the period of 17 March – 3 April. If quarantine measures are extended beyond 3 April, the carrier will adopt to new timelines as well.
Therefore, Ukraine International Airlines will cooperate with tourist agencies to carry Ukrainians and foreign nationals who have the right to enter Ukraine back on charter flights. Also, the airline is ready to operate at the request of the Government of Ukraine.
