Vietjet, an international low-cost airline from Vietnam, has placed a firm order for 50 more Airbus A321neo aircraft.

• The recent purchase order has finalised an MOU signed at the Farnborough International Airshow last July by Vietjet and Airbus.
• The new agreement has increased the number of Airbus A320 Family aircraft ordered by Vietjet to 171 units. 46 planes out of 171 have been already delivered.
• Vietjet plans to use new A321neos to expand its network, especially on international routes.
